Can I cancel my order?

Custom sized 3D Domed Gel Badges and custom sized vinyl graphics are bespoke item and are made especially for you and nobody else. Here at Signdezine, to ensure that we keep our customers happy with rapid turnround and delivery times, we start on an order as soon as it is received. Because of this it is not possible to cancel or amend an order which has been placed on either the internet or over the telephone. You should be 100% sure when placing an order that you do in fact wish to place one and that you place it correctly using all the correct details.
IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH AN INCORRECT OR MADE-UP CUSTOM FILE NAME THAT WE HAVE NOT PROVIDE YOU, WE WILL SEND A BLANK BLACK BADGE AT THE SIZE YOU SELECT, IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. THERE WILL BE A CANCELATION FEE OF £5.00, IF A SAMPLE PROOF IS THEN CREATE AND YOU THEN SAY YOU WANT A TRADEMARK DESIGN THERE WILL BE A £10 DESIGN & CANCELATION FEE.

Return Policy
We stand behind the products we sell. All non-custom manufactured items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. We will refund the purchase price minus the original postage costs to the credit card used.
The customer is responsible for the postage cost back to us and will not receive a refund on the original postage cost.
If a typographical error has occured please check your order first to make sure the information you supplied us is correct. If for any reason the mistake is our fault we will gladly ship out a replacement, following or replacement policy.

If the reason for return is due to customer error and is not our fault there will be an additional administration fee of 20%.

All items must be returned in original un-used condition to receive refund or exchange.

We suggest you send all returns by royalmail recorded delivery who can track your package. If you use regular mail we suggest you insure the shipment.

Crediting your account
Upon receiving your return we will issue a credit within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
