Return Policy
We stand behind the products we sell. All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. We will refund the purchase price minus 20% restocking fee and the original postage costs to the credit card used. Customer is responsible for the postage cost back to us and will not receive a refund on the original postage cost.

If a typographical error has occured please check your order first to make sure the information you supplied us is correct. If for any reason the mistake is our fault we will gladly ship out a replacement.

All items must be returned in original condition to receive refund or exchange.

We suggest you send all returns by royalmail recorded delivery who can track your package. If you use regular mail we suggest you insure the shipment.

Crediting your account
Upon receiving your return we will issue a credit within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Don't see the design you like or want?
If our website doesn't offer you the design options you want then let us know. If you don't see a type of design, logo or graphic shape there's a good chance we may be able to create it for you even if its not available in our website.
